San Juan, Puerto Rico- After a solid in effort in Miami, Puerto Rico FC returns home to host FC Edmonton this Saturday, June 3rd at Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium.

Last Saturdays’ tie against the NASL leaders has boosted the team’s confidence. PRFC recovered from a 51st minute Vincenzo Rennella goal by scoring 14 minutes later. The goal was scored by Ramón Soria who believes the team is ready to get the three points against Edmonton.

“We know that if we do things the right way we can match-up with any team. Our home field must be a fort that does not allow points to escape. If we stay positive I’m sure we will win the game,” said Soria.

FC Edmonton defeated Indy Eleven 2-1 at Clarke Stadium to push their record in the last five games to 2-1-2, keeping them in 6th place. It’s no surprise the Canadian side is relying on their defense, but this season they have allowed 10 goals. Their offense has only scored five goals, two of those came against PRFC on April 22nd.

Kick-off is set for 7:30pm at Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium on June 3rd. Come early to enjoy our Fan Fest starting at 5:00pm with music and giveaways. Get your tickets now at or
